Your vaginal muscles, also referred to as the pelvic floor muscles, control your bladder functions. When these muscles are weak and fragile, they allow urine to pass when you don’t want it to. This is what is known as slight urine leakage, and in some more severe cases, urinary incontinence. This is not something you want to deal with.
